Our patented waterproofing roof accessories are designed to provide waterproofing
for piping through roof decks such as non-round geometric shapes or closely grouped
conduit, gas, water or HVAC compressor line sets. Pipes that penetrate roof systems
require weatherproofing and we manufacture top installation Storm Collars for
waterproofing roof penetrations that are accessible from the top. We also manufacture Retro-Split
Storm Collars® and Retro-Spin Flashings® that open to allow
a side installation that eliminates the need to disassemble a permanently installed
roof penetration. Typical roof penetrations that can be waterproofed using one
or more of our patented designs include roof-mounted condenser insulated line
sets, multi-pipe conduits, gas lines and odd geometric shapes including rectangular,
square, angle iron, or I-beam shapes. We even make Retrofit Storm Collars® that
fit Unistrut metal supports. All of our products, as well as their parts, are
made in the USA.
