States so that we can ensure that our roofing products
are made with the highest standards and workmanship,
enabling us to provide our Twenty Year Product Warranty.
We use long-lasting materials such as EPDM Rubber, stainless
steel, and galvanized steel, rather than cheaper and inferior
materials.
ALL STYLE'S roof accessories are guaranteed for twenty (20)
years. If any ALL STYLE roof accessory ever fails, return
it to ALL STYLE for free repair or replacement.
The shipper is responsible for shipping charges
to ALL STYLE'S factory for all warranty repairs or replacements.
This warranty shall be limited to replacement and shall not
include any other damages, including but not limited to loss
of profit, special or incidental, consequential or other
damages.
This warranty and the obligations and liabilities of ALL
STYLE hereunder are exclusive and in lieu of, and the original
purchaser hereby waives all other remedies, warranties, guarantees
or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise,
including, without limitation any obligations of ALL STYLE
with respect to fitness of the products for a particular
use or purpose, and consequential damages, or whether or
not occasioned by ALL STYLE's negligence. This warranty may
not be extended, altered or varied.
ALL STYLE reserves the right to make changes in design or
construction at any time without incurring any obligation
to incorporate such changes in products previously sold.
ALL STYLE also reserves the right to discontinue the manufacture
or offering for sale of any product at such time to be determined
by ALL STYLE in its sole discretion.
