The New Retro-Spin
Flashing®
ALL STYLE introduces its latest
product, the Retro-Spin Flashing®. Our innovative
'Slide From The Side' retrofit flashing is easily installed around
fixed roof penetrations that do not allow for 'over the top'
installations. Examples include electrical service conduits,
equipment screen and walkway fence p osts.
A Retro-Spin Flashing® eliminates
the need to reuse old flashing jacks. Additionally, pitch pockets
can now be eliminated from roof designs. Our retrofit design allows
for the easy installation of a new flashing jack on any geometric
shape, whenever it is too difficult or expensive to disassemble
a fixed roof penetration.
A Retro-Spin Flashing® assembly
is constructed of tightly fitted interior and exterior impact extruded
roof jacks. The design allows the interior flashing to rotate freely
within the confines of the exterior flashing. Pre-punched access
slots are cut through the sides of the two flashings, creating
a 'door' that is opened and closed using the spin action. This
enables a Retro-Spin Flashing® to waterproof roof
penetrations using its 'closing door' technology on all kinds of
side retrofit installations.
 Simply
'slide it on and spin it closed'! Then, using only a screwdriver,
install an ALL STYLE EPDM Retro-Split Storm Collar® as
a side installed storm collar. Retro-Spin Flashing® and Retro-Split
Storm Collar®, together, waterproof any geometric
shape and create the perfect waterproofing roof assembly kit.
